Over the last twenty years, Vinitha has helped hundreds of artists, top level executives, and social impact teams heal, remove internal obstacles, and become aligned with themselves. Previously, she pioneered an initiative at John Hopkins Medical Residency which introduced wellness tools to medical doctors so that they may take care of themselves before taking care of others, which has since influenced residency programs nationwide.

Vinitha combines energy medicine, shamanic practices, her degree in sociology, and training in psychology with South Indian knowledge systems to create a safe space for her clients to explore their psyches, interpret subconscious material, and transform their pain through consciousness and understanding.
