I am an applied shamanic practitioner, hypnotherapist, and a licensed clinical social
worker/psychotherapist.  I have worked for over 20 years as a clinical social worker and
psychotherapist with those with physical health challenges, anxiety, depression, trauma, and
grief/loss.  Spiritual, mental, or emotional issues, including trauma, can often lead to physical
health challenges. I incorporate applied shamanic counseling, shamanic healings,
hypnotherapy, mindfulness, somatic awareness, creativity, and connection to nature into my
healing work with clients.  Through a supportive, non-judgmental manner, I support clients to
connect to their own guides and internal wisdom for empowerment and healing.
